The innovative lighthouse project based on plans by the architectural firm Cityf\u00f6rster Hannover received several awards. <\/p>\n<p>Harvesting components during demolition instead of disposing of them as construction waste is still an unusual approach. For the colleagues on the construction sites, proper removal is particularly demanding. At the same time, construction companies have direct access to the \u201cstorage sites\u201d. The grey energy in the building component is thus preserved.   <\/p>\n<p>Historic brickwork of a dilapidated barn was thus transformed into high-quality exposed brickwork in the interior. Used windows were professionally removed and installed. Old glass panels of an industrial building became a fa\u00e7ade with a surprising play of colours.
